This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun! As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Brought car in for inspection and recall items. Also navigation problem. They were able to resolve all issues in a timely fashion. Also appreciated the Uber back to my home.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

They kept us there wayyy too long. But ultimately they were nice and we got a good car at a good price.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Was able to lease 3 cars for my family at a fair and reasonable price. Sales and management were most courteous and met all needs.

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

I was making a casual online "window shopping" of potential next cars and this place was one of several I looked at. Mainly I was simply searching the inventories of places that had vehicles I am interested in making my next means of transportation. I must say that 90% of my experiences lately with dealership sales personnel is far more akin to harassment, than a hoped for low key potential car purchase. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS NOT THAT AT ALL! I had a sane, friendly chat with a very nice woman, who actually listened to me and never coming close to insulting my intelligence, which is saying A LOT since I have been almost completely turned off by the VERY AGGRESSIVE SALES PITCH MOST PLACES USE THESE DAYS. In fact, I do not mind mentioning that another place I actually visited, CENTRAL AVENUE HYUNDAI to check out a 2008 Acura TL they had, BY FAR WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A POTENTIAL CAR PURCHASE. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF THAT PLACE, as they are staffed my true professionals, intelligent, mindful, pleasant and understanding. When I am ready to seriously buy, WESCHESTER ACURA IS AT THE TOP OF MY LIST OF DEALERSHIPS TO VISIT! That other place I mentioned? I WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND HAVE PUT THEM ON A BLOCK ON MY PHONE AS WELL!

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

During my visit at the show room it was a pretty good experience. They had a pretty good selection of vehicles at this particular dealership. Eric our sales person was very curtious to me and my friend I couldn't ask for a most helpful salesperson.

I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.

Just traded my 2017 mdx tech for a 2023. All the improvements across the board are great. I love this car. I’m a huge Acura fan. This is my 5th Acura, 2nd mdx. Every Acura I owned has been purchased new, since 2004. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle I have owned. I keep up on my maintenace and thats it. I usually get a new one every 5-6 years or once my odometer rolls over 120k, just so I can get a decent trade in allowance. Prior to getting my 2023 MDX, I looked at the BMW X5 for almost 20k more (not worth it) and the Audi Q7. Both are very nice looking cars and drive great. However I also own a 2011 audi a5 coupe as a weekend crusier and at 70k miles the motor blew due to excessive oil consumption. The European imports look and drive great. But the reliabilty is for xxxx. I’ve known other people who have owned them and had similar issues. Over engineered fancy looking junk. Acura is right on par with all the Euro imports as far as fancy options, performance, looks and comfort is concerned. But when it comes to reliabilty Acura blows them all away. If you are reading this and are considering a new MDX, or any Acura product, research how many older Acura’s are still on the road or for sale with a lot miles. Then compare those to older BMW’s Audi’s or Range Rovers. All those brands are at least 20% $ more for an entry level when new. Then a few years later you will see them advertised for at least 20% less then Acura’s. A repair bill for a BMW (Break My Wallet) or Audi can easily de-value the entire car. So unless money is if zero concern. Go with the MDX. It looks and drives great, and you will have long term reliability.
