After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous.
