Even when I grew frustrated he didn’t. He remained patient and friendly. I got what I wanted at terms I agreed with and I LOVE my car! Lonnie Sherry was the fastest, most honest and kindest finance person I ever met! Mike Pascarelli the manager even personally came over to answer my questions. My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Very professional. Not pushy. I took my time. Test drove my truck twice. Inspected twice. Negotiated a bit. Spent a lot of time here and drove 2 hours to get there. The Salesman named DENIS of Acura is a very proffesional, compassionate and hardworking persons who is a tremendous assets to Paragon Acura. He is very attentive and listens to our bad experienced to the previous sales representatives ( Jaeson) to whom we purchased a Pre-owned Acura MDX 2020 in lieu of our brand new Honda Pilot that we had trade in. Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.
