Mr. Furman Byrd Is it very cool helpful experience salesman at Curry Acura He makes everything seems so easy. I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car. He also told me to call him anytime if I have any problem with the car.Mr.Byrd is the best carsalesman l have worked with. My friends and family will know about him because he is great and easy to work with. I told him when they go to Curry Acura ask for Mr.Byrd.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I had a 11:30 appointment with Caroline . When I got there she was very professional and had the car ready that I wanted to see. We took it out for a test drive. When we got back we started to talk peice . She was very helpful with working out a price with the manager I got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to me the nexted day

What a great place to purchase an Acura !! I drove 75 miles from Philadelphia late on a Saturday and was greeted at the door by Freddy, the used car Manager, as he knew I had a long drive, and was on my way. He had the A-spec ready for my test drive, as he appraised my 2011 TL. He handed me over to Tito, who was awesome. Friendly, informative and immediately like a buddy. Freddy gave me exactly the number I had in my mind for my trade, so that made the start of the process easy and honest. Tito worked the deal, we closed, and Carlos in finance worked his magic and the deal was done. After taking delivery there was one small issue that needed attention. They drove all the way to me, dropped off a 2020 loaner, picked up my TLX, repaired it and had a friendly driver take it all the way back to me (Thanks Jerdy !!) Buying a car can sometimes be a headache, but not at Open Road Acura. There was no pressure, no attitudes, and the entire staff I met was friendly and courteous. This is my third Acura in a row, and I know when it's time for the next one, I'll drive the extra miles to deal with this awesome dealership !! Thank you Freddy, Tito and Carlos the superhero !! The workers are very nice. I meet Mr. Stewart Simpson and made me feel that I was at the right place to buy a vehicle. He helped me see was i could financially afford and the pros and cons about financing. That I appreciated. He kept it real. Need more people like that.
