New and used 2025 Acura RDX for sale near Anna Maria, FL

I went in just to test drive the MDX with no intention of buying one. After meeting Malcolm and working out a deal we left with a new car. Malcolm and his manager made it very easy.

I arrived at the Crown Acura Service Department area which was my first visit to the dealership due to a recall notice for my 2024 MDX. The Service area was clearly marked and I was greeted immediately by a service employee who took my personal information and confirmed my appointment and then directed me to the Acura hospitality area next to the showroom. Shortly after grabbing a coffee Bart Bartley, a service advisor, contacted me and went over the recall notice and had me sign a few service documents. I had a couple questions about oil change maintenance and waxing recommendations and Bart answered my questions and introduced me to their finance advisor, Jay Rudio, who explained their ceramic coating option by Triton. He showed me the vehicles in the showroom that had the ceramic coating and I was very impressed with the luster and finished look of each vehicle and I’m strongly considering getting the application done for my MDX. The recall check for a brake pedal pin took about 30 minutes including the multi-point inspection. Bart offered a complimentary car wash with the service call but I had just washed my MDX and didn’t need the wash. Considering this was my first visit to Crown Acura, I was very pleased with the service, the employees were very friendly and helpful and the facility was crystal clean and customer friendly.

Ted Earl did a great job of ensuring I was happy with my auto purchase. I worked with Ted after taking ownership of the vehicle. Ted walked me through everything pertaining to the vehicle. He was very enthusiastic and personable. He made sure I understood and was comfortable with every item prior to moving to the next item. Ted will one day make a great manager at Acura. Outreach is top notch if you’re on the updates they follow up keep you apprised of any changes. I was hoping for something to work out my way I feel finance and sales were in tune with the sale it just didn’t work out for me 4-5 - 5-5 would have been the sale
