After getting little response and no real help from John Eagle?where I purchased my RDX?I brought the car to Antonio at Sterling McCall. He was responsive, took the issue seriously, and even reached out to the Acura district rep on my behalf. Thanks to his efforts, Acura agreed to split the cost of a sunroof repair that John Eagle had previously left unresolved. I?m very satisfied with the service at Sterling McCall and plan to return when it?s time for my next vehicle.

He went out on a test drive with my daughter and me and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He did not apply any sales pressure but instead made me feel comfortable while discussing the price of the vehicle. He walked us through the whole purchasing process and it was actually a very enjoyable experience. He followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Acura, mainly because of the service department. They take very good care of me, being a woman, I really appreciate them treating me equal. When I tell them about a noise, they stay with it until they hear it, then fixes it. Mario and Matthew are always so very respectful. They always make me feel home while I?m there, send a video of the mechanic working on my car, and telling me exactly what is being done, and what needs to be done soon.
