It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. When I took my Acura TLX in for a routine service, it was determined that I needed to replace the front struts which should take more than a day. My service representative Joe Robinson had already secured a loaner car before he called me up to the service desk. The quality of customer service is beyond expectations.
