It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. When I took my Acura TLX in for a routine service, it was determined that I needed to replace the front struts which should take more than a day.
