Just recently bought a pre owned car from Acura Bayshore NY. They were excellent. From Kayla, the person I first contacted, to Matt the salesman, to the finance dept, It was a pleasant and efficient experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Island Acura's service department is always right up front with you in what needs to be done and what you can put off. Everybody there is pleasant and friendly and act like they want your business. The waiting room is comfortable with TV and coffee.

When I took my Acura TLX in for a routine service, it was determined that I needed to replace the front struts which should take more than a day. My service representative Joe Robinson had already secured a loaner car before he called me up to the service desk. The quality of customer service is beyond expectations. The facility is immaculate & everyone I came in contact with was polite, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I love this dealership!
