My experience is always good. The service staff are very thorough. The facility was full of many customers. The wait time was a bit long. Will have to come back to take care of other items on the list.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Anthony was great! Came in for A6 service. He did not haggle me to get the "recommendations" done. Instead he encouraged me that it would be best to do them sooner than later and I can appreciate that. Acura of Boston needs to offer more service discounts. Oh and I would appreciate if the service person would put my seat back in my position.

This car meets all of my current needs. I love all of the accessories inside of my car. Especially, the USB port. I will definitely stay with an Acura.

Idy, Andrew and Mark Hanna took care of me and, as mentioned in a previous review, they did a spectacular job but last night I just received my Hummer H3 Alpha in Phoenix, Arizona, and these guys completely under sold how nice this vehicle is. I can’t believe how clean the interior is. This is a special vehicle, one owner and very hard to find because it is the alpha version as I mentioned, of the smallest hummer H3. For those of you who care to know, the alpha means it has the coveted 5.3 L V8 . The interior, both sets of floor mats - wow! I’m just blown away. I’m a car enthusiast, I’m picky to say the least and these guys did such a great job, the joy I feel when something like this happens is very pleasant. You made my day, you made my weekend thank you for being , honest and earnest. Relationships are built on trust and trust is built and honesty. This dealer and these men, you can trust because they are honest and their deed absolutely follows their word. Thank you again

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I just recently had the pleasure for the third time turning in a Lease and getting a new one.. my sales Associate Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my new HRV. I personally feel that Michael went above and beyond for what is expected in the process for the day I picked up my car. When it’s time for me to get another car. I hope Michael will be my sales associate at Honda North.

I had a lingering issue with my key ignition and the service representative was able to make an appointment for later in the day, communicated the problem and solutions to me clearly. Not only did the problem get solved, I was extremely satisfied with the overall service.

My Ram truck had a problem that two other independent repair shops could not even analyze what was wrong so I ended up at Priority. Priority fixed the problem and I got my truck back running as it should. If I had taken it to them in the first place I would have saved a great deal of time and aggravation. Both Mike and Oscar in the service department were very pleasant and professional to deal with. They kept me on top of what they were doing and there were no hidden cost when I picked it up. I really appreciate Mike from Sunnyside Acura because he took time to show how all the different things on the RDX. He is very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure I had all of the upfront prices. No games, no pressure. I didn't feel that he was trying to take advantage of being a woman. Mike has been the nice person and I can tell tell you that he is passionate about the vehicles and people. If you are looking for someone to take time with you and not make you feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He also took time to listen to what I wanted. My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
