My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

WOW, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received from this dealership. I had initially thought it was a big-name dealership that would pressure me into getting a co-signer or putting down a large down payment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Lori and John. Lori went above and beyond to help me buy the car I was eyeing with a not so high down payment. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication they put into making my purchase a smooth and hassle-free experience. No co-signer was required, and the down payment was manageable.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. We purchased our Lexus NX from Sewell Lexus and had a wonderful experience working with Spencer. He is very kind, knowledgable, personable, but the most important trait is that he actually listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find us just that. An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

This service involved oil change and check of vehicle to be travel-ready, plus State Inspection and a Recall Notice repair. The Staff were thoughtful in their approach and there was consistent communication throughout the the process. The Valet staff made delivery easy and a pleasant experience.

Wonderful and very safe car. This is our third RDX so we are more than pleased with about everything this car offers. It is so easy to drive, very comfortable, uses regular gas and looks nice too.

I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. I had quite a bit of work done this time and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Chas Velarde was one of the most outstanding service advisors I have ever worked with. He really listened to my concerns and he has such a wonderful attitude. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the attendants who bring your car to you, are always so nice to deal with. I feel lucky to have bought my car from Grubbs and will always bring my car, that I love, to them for service.

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.
