I had a positive experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. This is the 2nd time I have leased a vehicle from them. Henri Sabar assisted me and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

I was making a casual online "window shopping" of potential next cars and this place was one of several I looked at. Mainly I was simply searching the inventories of places that had vehicles I am interested in making my next means of transportation. I must say that 90% of my experiences lately with dealership sales personnel is far more akin to harassment, than a hoped for low key potential car purchase. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS NOT THAT AT ALL! I had a sane, friendly chat with a very nice woman, who actually listened to me and never coming close to insulting my intelligence, which is saying A LOT since I have been almost completely turned off by the VERY AGGRESSIVE SALES PITCH MOST PLACES USE THESE DAYS. In fact, I do not mind mentioning that another place I actually visited, CENTRAL AVENUE HYUNDAI to check out a 2008 Acura TL they had, BY FAR WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A POTENTIAL CAR PURCHASE. WESTCHESTER ACURA IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF THAT PLACE, as they are staffed my true professionals, intelligent, mindful, pleasant and understanding. When I am ready to seriously buy, WESCHESTER ACURA IS AT THE TOP OF MY LIST OF DEALERSHIPS TO VISIT! That other place I mentioned? I WILL NEVER, EVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND HAVE PUT THEM ON A BLOCK ON MY PHONE AS WELL!

I've just closed on my 4th lease deal with Julian, and he helped out so much, especially with my price point. Very professional and trustworthy. I wouldn't think about going to another dealer. And for service, Chris Colucci always squeezes me in at the last minute. This all started years ago when Kenny Hicks sat me in his office and helped me get my first Acura, with not such a great credit score. He did not judge me, he welcomed me. Acura makes it so easy to buy a used car. They have many cars coming off 3 year lease at half the cost. The sales department is not pushy and allows you to shop without having people being pushy. They price cars under KBB value and offer great deals on extended warrantees.

We were visiting from Canada and our alternator gave out and had to be changed. Carlos and his service team took us in and got the job done quickly so we could get back home for our oldest's first day of school the following morning. They went above and beyond for us...their service schedule was full but squeezed us in. Carlos took care of us, calmed us down, drove us to the mall so we could relax and have lunch, picked us up when the work was done. A huge thank you for everything you guys did for us...we will remember it forever!

Good dealership worked on the price to a good point. Everything went smooth and even better/easier than expected. Went with the intention of buying and did exactly that, Curt Lewis was an amazing person to deal with answered everything I had questions for and made the process nice and easy.
