I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with a bunch of dealers recently in my quest to purchase a vehicle. Schaller stands out as the most professional across the board. The overarching theme and feeling that they left me with is that they are committed to customer satisfaction, with the intention on winning customers for life. Teri is hands down the best sales representative in our area. Brian worked at getting me the best financing and Gary is committed to continuing the experience from the service end (having accessories installed). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

The experience was amazing. My husband and I walked around for a few and here came Patrick the amazing car salesmen with a wonderful approach my question to him was are you ready to sell a car. He made the experience easy. He helped us pick the car that fit right for our needs. he was friendly honest and most importantly he saved us money . I’d recommend you guys go check him out.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership and each time I’ve felt that they’ve worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at a price that fit into my budget! I love the no hassle experience! I walked in today to look at the 2021 RDX’s. Antonio, my salesperson, took note of what I was looking for and worked the numbers so that I was able to get the car that I wanted. Within 4 hoursof walking in, I was able to drive home with my new car! (I traded in my 2019 RDX) Extremely happy with my new RDX! Also, I shout out to Keith and his crew in the service department. I’m very loyal to the Acura and Honda brand, and with good reason. The cars and SUV’s I’ve purchased have all been great quality and they hold their value! Larissa, the Sales Manager, continued to check in with me throughout the finalizing of my purchase! Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

Nice looking, comfortable interior, strong engine, good shifting, great hatchback that holds a lot. Only real disappointment is the GPS system; it really is ancient and hard to use. Overall the car is reliable and feels like it could drive forever.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.

This car meets all of my current needs. I love all of the accessories inside of my car. Especially, the USB port. I will definitely stay with an Acura.
