Johnny knew the car, was able to explain all the features and answered every questions. He was friendly and not pushy making my car buying experience pleasant. When I came to pick it up it was clean, had a red bow on the hood, and sign with my name on it. The paperwork process with Ms. Santana was good.

Janelle and Mike H. were terrific, providing helpful information along the way. They were not overbearing, gave us space to consider the options, listened effectively, and worked with us, both in person and online over a few week period. We researched the deal we ultimately landed on at Speedcraft against other potential options and feel we landed at a great place for a nice vehicle. I just bought a 2023 Acura integra with 13,500 miles which I found on cars.com. I worked out a final price over the phone and gave them a deposit. I arrived later in the week, and the car was indeed in perfect shape with no surprises. After taking it for a spin, I bought it, and am delighted. Simple. No xx. This is a nice dealership. I highly recommend them.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Went into Acura of Auburn to look at a slightly used Integra. I was greeted immediately by Erica Santanna. The Dealership was in great order and welcoming. During the process I was impressed both with Erica and the entire staff. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. Great atmosphere to be in. I have been in the automotive field for over 40 years and have seen all sides of the dealership world. This was refreshing! Erica made the process very easy and spent the time to explain not only the vehicle I was interested in, but also the process in purchasing in a very clear and precise manner and language. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
