As soon as we walked through the door Nate introduced himself and asked us if he could help with anything. We told him we were looking for a trade-in on a new vehicle but the person that deals with it Linkins was busy so he helped us. He answered all of our questions and if he did not know them he found out right away. I thought it was a very personable experience with Nate. Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. The staff was great. My salesman, Seth Vander Loop, was great to work with. Always responded to my emails, calls, and texts. He even followed up with me a week later to see how things were and if I had any questions or issues with my vehicle. I had a great experience buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Barnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Bear Lake. I found the Jeep I wanted online, contacted them and came to look at it. I worked with Nick and he was great to deal with. What I liked about Barnett is that their online list price was legitimate. I had contacted a few other places prior to Barnett and they kept adding on fees for this or that. One place wanted $400 to install a module so your brake light would flash, another said their online price included discounts for being a current lease holder and and first responder so I would need to add a couple thousand dollars to their list price. But Barnett didn't do that, they sold it to me for the price listed and gave me a reasonable trade in offer for my current Jeep. I did pay cash so I can't comment on financing but the paperwork was quick and efficient, overall great experience all around. It feels like an honest environment where they are straight shooters and not trying take advantage of anyone.

This is my second RDX, A luxury vehicle without having to pay the luxury price. Have been fortunate to purchase two used RDX both in pristine condition with very low mileage. Not too big, not too small, All the features you could imagine easy to use,

WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

These folks reached out after a technical error on capturing my phone number and realized that I likely had an affiliation discount available to me. That helped make the difference and we were able to put together a deal that worked for both them and me. What made me happy was they actually had the very vehicle (with all the options and color scheme's) I was looking for and it made all the difference as I had also been shopping at two other dealerships which were well equipped. The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

We have had this car for 10 years and put 168,000 miles on it. Uses zero oil, leaks no where, and runs like the day we bought it. The only downfall is the ride. It is a little harsh on rough roads. I do all my own maintenance and the only things (other than the obvious pads, rotors, plugs, ect.), I have replaced are the A/c compressor, brake master cylinder, starter, and a steering pump. We live in Michigan and the body has held up very well considering the salt. The engine and transmission have preformed flawlessly. At this point, I've determined the car will likely live longer than me lol.

One of the easiest , most straight forward negotiations we have experienced buying a car. They gave us a very fair trade-in value on our car and excellent sale price on our new Jeep. From Jennifer at the call center to Noelle in Sales to Brian in Finance - everyone at Apple was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them if your looking for a car. Worth the drive we made from Woodbury area.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

This car has been incredibly reliable. I have only ever done regularly scheduled maintenance on it, and just passed 126K miles. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of newer models, I'm tempted to drive it for another 100K because it's been such a workhorse. Cargo space is good for our one kid family, but if you have a large family, large dog or need to travel with a lot of gear, you may want to consider the MDX. For us, this is just right. Good sound system. Better gas mileage than earlier versions of this car that had a turbo engine. You won't regret buying an Acura SUV!
