The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’m very loyal to the Acura and Honda brand, and with good reason. The cars and SUV’s I’ve purchased have all been great quality and they hold their value! It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

A year ago i manifested in getting a 2020 MDX. Wanted black but then months ago i test drove a used dark grey one from a used car dealership in Watertown. Test drove and didn’t like it. Waited months later and after my car accident i searched high and low. Spoke on the phone with sara the online rep over at Acura by Executive and set an appointment to come same day. Worked with Todd and Charlie. Bought used 2020 BMW 330xdrive. Fair, if not cheapest price. Moderate doc fee. Gave very generous trade price on old BMW. Pre-purchase inspection showed 1 tire with low tread; they replaced all 4. Very easy to work with; very good deal.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

I owned a 2023 Acura TLX Aspec sh awd until a accident in May totalled my car The ergonomics were great The 2.0 liter intercooled turbocharged engine was very responsive The jewel eye led lighting is amazing Overall it was a great car !!
