Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

This is my 4th TL/TLX. Least favorite of them. The engine has been great, plenty of power when needed. I do not like the sight lines, no matter how I adjust the mirrors, always blind spots. Wish I'd gotten version with blind spot monitor. There should be more accessory inputs. One USB input is not enough. Overall a good car to drive, but, could've been better.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

From the moment I arrived to the time of purchase and pickup the experience was tremendous! Ed was extremely accommodating let me drive multiple vehicles with no pressure. Mr. C’s also made some minor repairs changed the oil and put in gas in the days before my pickup, drove me to drop off my rental!

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.

On the quality of repair I rated average but I'm very pleased with service but my husband was a little upset on price he said he could of disconnect that bluetooth wire and save me the money but service save me the time. We agree just to get it checked then I decided just to get it done without confirming with him first. Next time I will....Also didn't purchase there. Loved service.

He never pressured me for a sale, asked when I wanted to buy. He simply provide information. When I asked for a price he found the GM - Pat Dazzo and gave me a great starting price. Once we agreed on specifics, they found acquired the vehicle with the options color I wanted within 24 hours and closed the deal. Pat and Gerard could not have been more professional and helpful. I love all of the Acura cars I have owned. I owned 2007 TSX for 9 years. Then I leased a 2016 TLX for 3 years and was so pleased. Now I'm on another 3 year lease for the 2019. I thought about trading it in for a BMW i300 or Audi A4. I went for a test drive of those 2 cars and realized how much I would miss my Acura if I traded it in a year early. So I've decided why give it up? The KEY things that make this car great. 1) It is extremely quiet inside. Insanely mausoleum quiet! There is very little road noise, wind, or traffic sounds. 2) the seats are amazingly comfortable, especially on long rides. I highly advise paying a little extra for the leather not the pleather. The fake leather had a terrible off gassing smell. The leather is soft and supple. The gray color is beautiful 3) the car rides very smoothly and is easy to handle on the road 4) I love the newer design (especially the front). It is a classy looking car. The only drawback is the odd 2 screen technology system but it wasn't enough to turn me off from getting one. The other positives far outweight the awkward technology. I was surprised to see the 2019 had lower ratings than the 2018 and 2020 because it's a wonderful car. One other to add: the Acuras I have owned are extremely reliable. They NEVER break down.
