We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. Bought car new May of 2015. We change the oil every 3000 miles and maintain any problem. We now have 278,000 miles on it and it still runs strong and smooth on the highway ( just drove 1000 miles to Ft. Myers) at 80 mph.

I drive this thing hard as xxxx! It’s never left me stranded, never had anything break besides the APP sensor, and it gets 31 miles per gallon on the highway. Mine isn’t stock but I beat a Challenger R/T in a race and the car stock maybe has 30 less horsepower. It’s very quick for the size and what it is.

They were kind and efficient. The battery was weak because they had the car for a while. They replaced the battery after the sale was finished.

This is the second vehicle that I ever owned it’s so spacious and stepping inside you’ll never know that it’s a 2003 the mechanic says that this suv will last a long time if it has the proper Maintenance

After 19 years, and 190k miles this car never needed a tow! It's comfortable, easy, and simple. All our friends who then got Fords, GMs, a Subarus crossover in the same price range had to sell their car 8 to 12 years ago because of reliability issues... sometime for less that than what you could find one 19 yr MDX today. Of course, in 2020 the car does not look like a modern car, but its look is simple enough, and had been copied enough that the car will continue to age well. Maintenance is not cheap when performed by Acura, but the local one at least stood by their work and their car. When the tranny failed after 8 years, they replace it at no cost to us. My kids grew up with this car, and the interior barely shows wear and tear... Now the car has been totaled, I am sad to let it go....

Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

I've still owned my trusted 2006 Acura TL in maroon and cream interior with 156k miles. It still drives like when got it with 82K miles since 2011 and even better with the new front struts and lower control arms. It turns tighter and sharper than ever before and still gets about 27 mpg combined. The leather seats hold up very well with no tear except the well known cracked dashboard. The metallic paint is still shiny so are the 5 star wheel spokes, etc. Very dependable car and I love it!

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

I own a 2002 Acura MDX Touring SUV which I had purchased brand new. It now has 296,000 miles. The only major repair was a transmission overhaul at about 235,000 miles. I gave the car to my son who is only 4 years older than the vehicle. He uses the vehicle for short distance (under 30 miles of driving). It has been rear ended four times and side swept once. No one in the vehicle was injured. It is still giving 18 mpg on 89 octane gas, just like it did when it was new. Never even changed the spark plugs! I change oil (synthetic) every 10,000 miles. Never let me down!
