After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed. I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Julian! Down the line when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll be revisiting Rosenthal Acura.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.
