I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Julian! Down the line when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll be revisiting Rosenthal Acura.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Was helped my Nikkia from Rosenthal Acura & can say I am very delighted with the experience. 10/10. She maintained communication from say 1 of me reaching out about interest in the car & its specs. You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. He will help you throughout the process no matter what kind of customer you are. Overall, BMW of Fairfax is a great family to be associated with. Thank you for yet again amazing experience!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Organized and completed all the documents so when we drove from MA to MD most of the paperwork was done . The car was exactly as described and ready for us to take home after we signed the documents. After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.
