Brian in service department is wonderful
We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Michael Harrison who is wonderful and I’m sending all my friends to him! Alan was also involved and was very fair and helpful. Brian in the service department is amazing. we just mentioned that we were concerned about the brakes and he insisted that we leave our car and let him check the brakes. He gave us a beautiful loaner to drive. He fixed the brakes perfectly. So sweet I wanted to hug him. He makes the service department amazing. I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX.
I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

Like other reviews I love this car!
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I am very blessed and thankful to have my salesman Mr. Jimmy Rooker. After I phoned him this morning needing to get my car in for overdue service he advised that he would phone me right back. Mr. Rooker called me and asked if I could arrive at 1:00pm. I told him I was on the way and he said he had spoken to Roger and was waiting for my arrival. Upon meeting Roger in the service area he began to inspect my vehicle and tell me what needed to be done.
