Was shopping a new or slightly used 23/24 BMW M8 Completion Convertible. Southeast Auto had two listings. Called and spoke to Rich. What a pleasant client experience. When I’m shopping vehicle in the $150K plus/minus I admit to being apprehensive. Rich, who in fact is the owner, answered all my questions excepting the one he did not know, Rich sent an email that more than satisfied my question i short order. Was the beginning of a trustworthy client/seller relationship. Bar none this was the best automobile acquisitions I’ve experienced with 67 (no exaggeration) vehicle purchases I’ve very made.Very luckily to have the opportunity to meet and work with a seller exudes honesty and integrity in my experience. I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. When dealing with Auto Connections please remember you are purchasing a “used car”. Nick and his brother were awesome. Nick is mellow, no pressure, but absolutely professional. I tested him with a few things I'd learned from You Tube and he was right on top of it. We talked for a while and I found out Nick is a family man. In fact, the business name is derived from his son's first name. And yep, he gave me a real good deal. I have owned 4 acura Rsx-S from 2001 to 2004 they are all rock solid cards, mechanically unstoppable , only down side is rust. But if you can find a clean one it'll run until the end of time with proper maintenance even if heavily abused.

This car is eye-catchingly beautiful and attracts attention wherever I drive it. It is also blazingly fast as confirmed with a recent 170+ mph blast around the road course at Daytona International Speedway. Even at such elevated speeds, it is extremely confidence-inspiring with rock solid stability and directional control. On top of all that, it is quite comfortable and maintenance is reasonable for an exotic car. It is also Honda reliable! The interior is well laid out and attractive. For a car that sits as low as this one, it has good headroom (I am 6' 1"). The seats are supportive without being intrusive. On the track, one gets the lateral support needed, but never with any discomfort. My only beef with the interior is the controls for the audio system. They are not user friendly, even though they would be familiar to most Acura owners. The flip side is that the (upgraded) sound system is very good--once you figure out how to turn it on and select what you want to hear. The carbon-ceramic brakes are simply phenomenal. At Daytona, I was braking from over 160 mph before the chicane and the car always stayed where I pointed it with no wiggles. It did not seem possible to make them fade--in fact they performed better when they warmed up. This car makes no pretense about being a family car. It a true exotic sports car and notwithstanding its excellent interior comfort, it is very much performance focused. Cost effectiveness is pretty much dependent on one's perspective and purpose in owning such a vehicle. It actually gets decent mileage when driven "normally." I get between 23 and 25 mpg on the highway. This goes down to 6 mpg on the track! While I loved my 1991 NSX, this car is in a different league and I can't see myself selling it even though I could do so at a profit.

Mine is a 1998 with 156k on the ODO and it's 2024 and it's not leaking oil. Every car I've ever owned over 10 years old did. It leaks power steering fluid very quickly and I've never had that happen before. I had a 1975 AMC Hornet a few years ago and it leaked everything but power stearing. But to be fair it's not going to destroy the car if I don't replace it. I've driven the car for a year so far and outside of difficulty making tight turns, it's fine. The drivers door latch sometimes sticks and the door can't close, but 30 seconds with a screw driver and it's as good as new and the trunk latch does the sane thing once in a while. It's a 25 year old car and it isn't leaking anything but power steering. However, after I bought it a year ago the entire breaking system went completely out and cost $1700 to fix. So, there's that. Entirely new breaks and break lines all around. Everything except the master cylinder.

A exotic car with Honda reliability. This is one of the best handling cars even for todays standard. It does lack some of the power that modern sports cars have. There are other vehicles with better numbers for the price, but drive this car and find out why Ferrari, Corvette and todays sports cars are built like they are today.

This car exceeded my expectations and is a blast to drive. It turns heads and garners questions/pictures everywhere I go. It’s super fast and gets 23mpg. With aftermarket downpipes and exhaust added just two months after purchasing, the turbo whistle is soo loud and it crackles and pops when slowing down. Mesmerizing sounds! It’s literally the perfect car. It still feels surreal to own it and daily drive it when I please. Looking forward to taking it to the drag races!

The rsx had a turbo kit, was reliable and a daily driver for many years. Even with over 400hp got 28mpg. Only downfall is the seat stiching comes loose after years of use.

If you are any sort of car enthusiast then you will love driving one of these, but I'd highly suggest you get the more sporty Type S model. That is the one I own and it has 40 more HP than the base model which you can definitely feel the difference in power. I bought mine at 150K miles with 2 previous owners and they kept the car in phenomenal shape both aesthetically and mechanically speaking. These are Honda engines so if you keep up with basic maintenance the engine will last for a VERY LONG time. The car is relatively rare and has timeless styling. I get compliments on it regularly from teenagers and all the way up to 70+ year old senior citizens. When this car eventually dies on me (hopefully WAYYY down the line) I'm either going to buy another RSX Type S or a Honda Civic Si. Regardless, this car sold me on Honda engines, specifically the K20 and I'm never turning to anything else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CAR!!!!

I have been searching for an Audi R8 with a manual transmission for over a year. I found one on Florida performance cars website and got a hold of them. They not only took my 370 Z in on trade they arranged for its pick up in South Dakota and delivered my Audi to me at my home. Then after I got my Audi I discovered a small leak in the coolant line. Without blinking an eye they offered to pay for it. I took it to my local shop got it repaired and sent the bill to them. Jeff who is the owner is wonderful and awesome! And so is Natalia his office manager! I would recommend these people in a heartbeat and will be buying more from them.

Great car overall. Very fast and torquey. There isnt excessive amounts of power to the wheels which can save you at the pump. The limited-slip differential is a godsend when speeding around corners. It hugs the road like no other car I've owned (including my 07 Honda Civic Si). This car does more with the same engine as my 07 Si but the gear ratios give just that much more power at low rpms and the exhaust sounds less ricery.
