I truly hope this reaches as many eyes as possible and to whoever that may be reading the reviews trying to find out if this car dealership is legitimate or not. Before I get into my review, I first want to say that I have read ALL the reviews on this dealership (and I'm ONLY going to speak on THIS dealership) and one of the things that I have noticed is that when reading negative reviews, you really have to take it with a grain of salt because people these days when reviewing can be full of $#&! People are either unaccountable, have very poor communication, or blame the dealership for things that are either out of their control or things they didn't promise. And quite frankly, most of these bad reviews do not even add up or make sense. If a vehicle was fine when you bought it, then some months down the road something happens, you cannot write a bad review & blame the dealership for selling you a lemon. That is NOT a lemon. This is a used car, 'as is' dealership. Do your due diligence. Crazy thing is that if there is a problem, they will actually work with you to fix it so you can buy with confidence. My point is, the negative reviews in this case are xx. I don't know what kind of problem people have for the guys at United Motors (maybe it's because they're foreigners and have accents when speaking English), but it's childish and unacceptable. No, I'm not paid to say these things. I don't know these people like that. But I am trying to rightfully restore the undeserving somewhat negative reputation of this dealership. Now onto my review, I bought a 2019 Audi A8L from them and I'm out of state in Missouri. When I first saw the listing, I instantly fell in love with the car. I called and instantly spoke to John. By the way, every single time that I have called, emailed or texted John has always ALWAYS answered the phone or responded the same day. Whatever paperwork I've needed, various information from Audi, warrantees , stuff for bank etc, John was ALWAYS on top of everything and has always delivered in a very timely manner. After the logistics were done, I flew into Denver. I finally met John and Alex, which was a great pleasure, as they were some of the kindest and down to earth individuals I've ever met. Speaking of how they treated me, maybe they were kind to me, because I was also kind to them. Imagine that. People treat you how you treat them. Anyways, I saw the car and test drove it. It was everything they said it was. I paid, and drove it directly home 9 hours to Missouri. Boom, done. Are they perfect? No. The dealership is small which is fine but customer parking is confusing with all the cars around. However, the cars are as they advertise and they are excellent people. Prices were very fair, fees were minimal and they were honest. John and Alex, thank you for an unforgettable experience at United Motors. I would DEFINITELY buy from them and drive 9 hours home again.

My legend is awesome it just glides whenIDrive it. It is quiet can't hear it running. Love my car. My friends are surprised how smooth it rides.

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Eddie got me into a great car when I wanted to get a different car. Smart guy, super responsive. I wanted a different interior color and he found one right away. I could not be happier. BMWs are great but the Hyundais are honestly better now and less expensive.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I worked with Pete and Igor on buying one of the vehicles, however we ended up buying a brand new from another dealer. They were non pushy, very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them and have too family members and friends.

I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

Was just coming to LOOK AT a used CRV and not buy. Valarie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable as she told us about the car and all its features. Then she took us on a test drive. That’s when the car sold itself. The price was about what I thought it should be with the low mileage and all the features. Trade in was what I thought it would be also. Financial guy was great too. Great experience.

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

This car is trouble free and fun to drive. Gas mileage is also pretty decent. If it's not pushed to it's limits it may last forever. What this car needs is a periodic maintenance. What else do we need from a car for everyday driving. Highly recommended.

Zack and Ceedric are so awesome! I was in desperate need for a new key after mine had been stolen, and they were both so helpful in getting me a new one. Even though my auto insurance kept having mishaps with tows and extended wait times, they were flexible and professional. They truly care about their customers and want what is best for them, which is a very rare thing to find these days. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent. I bought this car used with about 20,000 miles. I've had it ever since, now has 147,000 miles. I have never had more than minor repairs: burned out bulbs, hood support struts. I have done all the preventative maintenance at a dealer, Honda or Acura. I have no plans to replace this car. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Only thing I don't like is that the rear seat doesn't fold completely flat and it requires Premium gas

Over the 20 years we’ve owned this car it has been absolutely trouble free, never left us stranded. Very reasonable fuel mileage @25-26mpg. The out of pocket maintenance expenses are unbelievably inexpensive. My wife calls it her “bunny” car and even though she owns an MDX she loves the sporty drive of her 6 speed manual V-Tec RSX-S

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. Between the two, they got me the best deal possible and I got exactly what I wanted. Never any pressure at all from anyone. The whole team there was exceptional to work with. I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I spent quite a bit of time at Georgi's yesterday and today looking at used Tacoma. These guys are awesome, they know Toyotas! I was getting discouraged by lack of knowledge from even the dealership when I had specific questions about older pickups but these guys have all the answers and don't pressure you with the typical kiss-xxx car sales pitch. They also have an amazing fleet of the highly sought after used Tacomas. Andre and Georgi were super friendly and took time to talk with my bank on Saturday morning, supported my plans to finance, went over all the numbers with me, came down in price a bit (even though their prices are highly competitive) and let me test drive the vehicle without a passenger (which I really appreciate). Once I chose a vehicle, they gave me tons of details regarding the history, where it came from and the accident it was in - even showed pictures of when it was wrecked. These guys are doing great work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a reliable Toyota!

As orig owner of 2006 Acura TSX in nighthawk black pearl color, I still love it even though only drive it occasionally for grocery shopping. A great commute car, sleek look, quick/powerful, and very smooth to handle.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I bought my RSX Type S new in 2006. I was told I received the last Blackhawk Night Pearl Type S in the Eastern US. I fell in love upon first seeing an RSX on the road and just had to have one! I still own my little gem and enjoy it on the days I don't have the kids in tow. It's beautiful to look at and incredibly fun to drive. You can shift gears with a flick of the wrist in this car and it is so smooth. A few years into my ownership, I upgraded the head unit and now have a bluetooth-compatible audio system with GPS. This upgrade has brought the car into the 2020's! The only downside to still owning this car is that the backseat is very small for passengers. The storage space is amazing, though, because the rear seats both fold completely flat. Overall, this is an excellenet car that has given me no major issues at all.

Very pleased with the response I received from this dealership. I've been in contact with one salesman and we are still communicating with each other about one particular car.
