This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

I came for a 30,000 mile check up. The service went quickly; they were very efficient, caring and competent. This experience was above my expectations.

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you. For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I want to recognize Terry Rehm and Buerkle Acura for their incredible customer service. We had an issue with our MDX while we were out of town and Terry made sure that everything was addressed when we returned. I highly recommend Buerkle Acura and Terry and his team.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????
