Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

Ive had my 2010 acura for 3 months now and i love it. Its a pretty fast car, fun to drive! I love it. Cons- Car loves gas, im filling up almost everyday Suspension is too low ride is a little bumpy

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle configuration for my wife because she really only cares about the color, and I wanted a loaded Explorer (for me) in Atlas Blue (for her; a 2021 color not available on the 22s). So I was referred to Mike Smith and he was great to work with. He contacted me almost immediately and answered the questions that he could while taking down the unanswered questions that he needed to find out about. We texted and emailed back-and-forth for a bit and when it was clear to me that this was the vehicle I was looking for, I put down a deposit and we made arrangements to visit. Mike even picked us up at the airport. Very nice guy and easy to talk to, but he's also a good listener and never pushed us into anything that we weren't looking for. We drove the vehicle and of course my wife loved it. So we drove to the dealership and did a little bit of paperwork and the vehicle was ours. The gentleman in Finance (Jonathan McCoy) was great to work with also. We went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly and we were able to get on the road to enjoy the new vehicle. I've been buying cars/trucks for about 45 years and have owned 30-something vehicles and I don't think I have had a better buying experience. We live several hours away (as I mentioned, we flew to Bentonville) but it was definitely worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat and will call Mike the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

I am an Acura fan, so maybe this is a little biased. I love this car! It looks sporty, feels good to drive and is good on gas. The only downside is that the batteries suck. That is the only thing I've had to replace 2x in the life of my car. Other than that*, I recommend this car 10x over. It's light to drive, great safety features and looks good!

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Had appointment for oil change and maintenance, the cars were lined up. But still that got me in on time and also found issues on a tire. Great service very helpful and not pushing to buy something. Very understanding on your needs.

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

I went to MD Buick GMC a couple of months ago to inquire about purchasing a 2025 Hummer EV SUV. We discussed several options and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about EVs, especially the Hummers. Cole (sales rep) was amazing to work with! Great guy! Passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers! Grant (sales manager) actually took us on a test drive of the SUV to better inform us of its capabilities! The test drive was a blast! He took his time to answer all of the kids questions, was patient and really made everyone feel a part of the process! When we got to the negotiating, Todd (GM) made sure that we got the best deal possible! He was super easy to work with, made sure we understood everything, and got exactly what we wanted. Austin (Finance) took great care of us as well! Again, made sure we got everything we needed, went over all the numbers again to make sure nothing was missed, and helped us get all the coverages we needed/wanted! Ryan (service manager) was extremely helpful in making sure we got the accessories we needed, like a home charger! He was super informative, and took great care of us! Everyone was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire buying process! The next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will absolutely go back and let them help me find the vehicle I want! I wish every dealership conducted themselves as these guys do! I would probably buy cars more often! I almost forgot the best part!! It didn?t take all day to buy a car!! They were very respectful of our time, took the time needed to ensure we were extremely happy, got exactly what we wanted, and made the process as efficient and painless as possible!! This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I wrote a negative review a few days ago. Must say, the dealership made up for a simple mistake the service department made. Went off on salesman, Nigel Treat. Did not deserve the negative statements. Nigel will go beyond expectations to make sure all is good. I apologize and appreciate ya'll putting up with a grumpy old man.
