Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I came to Acura of Peoria looking for a specific used vehicle from their website. We were greeted by Victoria, a new salesperson of the dealership. She was very friendly and pleasant and showed us the vehicle quickly. We went on a short drive and began the purchase process. Since Victoria was new, she had help through the process from some of the other staff, all of whom were also very friendly and helpful after Victoria introduced them. They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

For about 6 months, my husband and I were searching everywhere for a Jeep SRT 2014 or newer. We happened to come across one on Car Gurus that had been recently traded in at Lexus Superstition Springs. We went in to check it out and had James Charm help us out view it, test drive it and talk numbers. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreeable number due to the negative equity on our trade in. We told James we’d be looking at another SRT and let him know if we went with that one. James was kind enough to follow up with us daily to see if we were able to get a better deal on the other Jeep. James even went out of his way to convince his manager to give us more on our trade it to try to make the deal work. We decided to give it another try and thankfully we were able to come to an agreement that worked for us all! It took a few days and lots of hours but in the end it was all worth it! We honestly did not think it was going to be possible but James truly went above and beyond for us! We are super grateful and truly recommend you go see him! This vehicle hits all the right notes on style, comfort and value, but with so much tech packed into this platform, its reliability is questioned. The 3rd Gen MDX has a long history of ZF transmission issues. They rarely fail completely, but they are known to shift poorly under certain circumstances. MDX owners just learn to live with it for the most part, but it's a noticeable shortcoming on an otherwise stellar drivetrain. The Hybrid version of this vehicle has a different transmission and frankly operates in a different manner than standard AWD SUV's. Having three electric motors assisting the drivetrain at various points illustrates how complex the Hybrid MDX's propulsion system can be. The system although powerful at 300 Hp is not seamless and linear in it's acceleration. The engine and electric motors combined are all applied in hard acceleration but there are distinct surges in the powerband that you can feel. Reminiscent of a transmission slip but not exactly. Acura must be aware of this glitch and issued a TSB that is supposed to address it. So with that said the MDX Hybrid is a really good SUV with some issues in it's complex drivetrain. The ultimate reliability will be determined as we surge and slip into the future.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

The entire experience after contacting I10 Premier was truly top notch. I was treated with the utmost of respect and kindness, and can't say enough positive things about Jerry in sales. Although we were unable to finalize the deal price-wise, Jerry listened and did his best to help. I would absolutely return to investigate purchasing should we be able to have the numbers work out. In the end, the dealership priced the car above figures posted on KBB, Edmunds, TrueCar, and NADA, so I was ready to buy on the spot but hesitant to proceed with a dollar amount greater than those posted for the public to make use in making such decisions.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

My 2020 Acura MDX is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It has been trouble free and a pleasure to drive. One of the reasons I bought the vehicle was that I also really like the look of it.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.
