Beyond some of the nicest people I have met in the customer service industry. Honestly the people that helped us J Kim, Alex, and Marcus went above and beyond to really make sure the deal worked for our needs and our wants. They ensured we left very happy with our purchase. I would 100% recommend anyone to come in and get a car from this dealership. Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Salesman nor finance manager tried to pressure you into saying yes. They were Willing to work with you to make a deal we were happy with.

Scheduled 60k service - went over exactly the services I needed and what I didn't need because I had already taken care of it myself, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, etc. That way I didn't pay for anything that I didn't need.

I went to acura of boston Lee was my salesperson if was a effortless experience. Lee was great and from the time I walked in to the dealership under a hour I had my car test driven & purchased.

Excellent service and experience. Waited for the car to be serviced at the lounge with wifi and coffee. Service advisor kept me informed during the visit on needed repairs and cost.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

Staff is excellent, Gabby was super helpful. They kept me informed on my cars service and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..
