Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Had a great experience buying my 2025 Nautilus. My salesman Rob so helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles. I can honestly say I would buy my future vehicle at this dealership.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

3/3/2025 I bought a another car from Honda in waukesha David has helped me out again and disappoint me. David was so kind and understanding and didnt pressure me in to anything. I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I had a great experience buying a used car from Zeigler Honda of Racine. There were no hidden fees, the car was in great condition, and it matched the fair pricing shown online. I am typically wary of salespeople, but I had a very positive experience with Johnny S and Chris E. They helped us will all of our questions and discussed our options, and did not make us feel uncomfortable or like they were trying to take advantage of us at any point. I think the only negative I can say about the experience was that we had to drive 3 hours round trip to get this positive of an experience!

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

The salesman I met called Matt, he is very pro and patient. This dealership is a good place to buy the car, and I recommend people to come.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Sales people were nice and friendly . I thought I ended up with a good deal on my trade and buying a new vehicle . They need to get better coffee.

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Even though it was a As Is sale, they made sure I had options for after if I had any concerns. Thank you Gary for making it an easy decision and a quick process.

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

I purchased an 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Meeker Hill 3 months ago. I did not necessarily check that everything was working properly when I test drove the vehicle. Tom assured me they do check everything prior to listing the vehicle for sale. Well 3 months later I have not encountered one issue with the vehicle. It has been flawless. In addition, it was one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced. No selling pressure or back and forth on the sales price. Would definitely do business with Tom again.

I was very impressed with the extent of detail Tom Baber put into his vehicles at Meeker Hill Auto before putting them on his lot. In February 2022 I purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner and it was in immaculate shape when I arrived to pick it up. There was a faulty 4WD switch and without hesitation Tom said he would have it replaced by the time I was ready to pick up the truck. I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I owe a 2010 Turbo RDX 150,000 and it’s the fastest SUV I had ever drove, love the stock sound system 360 watts, all black leather inside sunroof no leaks and recently I just changed all the interior dome lights to ice blue it’s really a nice sporty SUV ride, Honda definitely knows how to make a fast fun luxury SUV……

Perfect for all my needs... I am loving my car and enjoying every moment I get to go places or for long drive... always waiting for sunny weather so that I can have the sunroof and moonroof open...

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

The whole Lynch Ford team was great throughout the entire process. They found me my perfect vehicle even though they didn't have it in stock at my initial visit. They keep constant contact with me to get me what I wanted. Not only did they get me my ideal truck but payments that fit my budget that other dealerships couldn't come close too. I had such a good experience that I came back the next day and bought another car for my fiance!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..
