Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

After a long journey of shopping for a vehicle, my journey came to an end where it all started; at Walker Acura. I initially was serviced by Joe Loyacano, but ventured to other dealerships for about a month and a half and ended back in the services of Mr. Loyacano. In a situation where the odds were definitely low and against me, Joe worked endlessly, even on his off days, to give me all the help he possibly could. Thankfully, at the end of the situation, we got the green light! I truly feel that if I was dealing with another salesman at any other dealership, even at this dealership, I would have been still car shopping. Also, the finance manager, David Ovalle, is an exceptional guy and is also good help as well. I’ve only had the truck a few weeks now, but so far so great.
