Bought a used GLS-550 w 88k miles (long distance purchase), without seeing/driving the car. They delivered it to my door. It showed up as practically new and fully serviced. The car has been fantastic so far (3 months).

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I visited recently some Acura Dealers in North Carolina and in Virginia since I had my Acura RDX for sale. My Acura RDX is in the outstanding condition. Crown Acura Sales Team estimates were higher than any Acura Dealers in North Carolina and in Virginia. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

It's a basic setup offering quality late-model, gently-used cars that have been maintained according to spec and have undergone an independent pre-sale inspection. The reasons to shop see are: 1) Very Good used cars. 2) Competitive Prices. 3) Excellent Service from Darry Race. 4) 12 month powertrain warranty. 5) Complimentary full tank of gas. Cars listed on their website sell quickly so it's best to visit in person with cash in hand or financing pre-arranged. The 2014 Mazda2 that I bought had new front tires and the rear tires have at least 90% of tread remaining. Everything works, no leaks, clear coat is intact and I'm happy.

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

The staff is over the top! Thanks to Matt, Anthony, and Darryl, we felt like family. This was our second Acura Integra. Our first was totaled after we were T-boned. The Integra protected us from serious injury with all the airbags/ safety features, which we all take for granted. Thanks!

I purchased a certified used Acura from Crown Acura of Richmond in Henrico VA on September 20th, 2025. Prior to coming in, I had already picked out a vehicle of choice online and immediately got connected to Salesperson Jarrett Day. He worked with me via phone to start setting up my application and credit check so that when I came in it would be easy and seamless. Once I came in I was greeted by Sales Manager Anthony Easter whom I spoke with prior to coming in to confirm my appointment. After signing paperwork with Jarratt I was sent over to Finance Director Kriss Williams who helped me iron out the final financial details with my purchase. Anthony, Jarratt and Kriss were all very professional yet personable. The whole process was smooth and effortless and didn?t take as long as I had expected. On 10/20/25 I had to bring my car to the service department due to a slow leak in my driver side tire on the vehicle I purchased last month. Sales Manager Josh Alford helped me with getting the molding on the passenger side door fixed. Lauren was particularly helpful and communicative in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. Drove this car from Chicago to Las Vegas through highways, mountain roads, and pothole riddled streets. It performed like a champ! So comfortable and spacious, even for my 6'2" husband.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Came in looking for a Tahoe with a trade in. Everyone in the process - from the manager all the way down - was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Our sales rep, Matt, was there every step of the way. Great experience. Absolutely a first class staff!!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I purchased a Honda HR-V at Pearson and had a great experience. My salesperson, Boula, was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features. I had not bought a new car in 10 years and the new technology features presented quite a learning curve. Boula showed me all the key features and patiently helped me set up CarPlay without talking down to me. He made the whole sales experience pleasant and easy. We did not finance our car purchase this time but Andrew in the finance department worked with us on all the sales paperwork and he was very helpful explaining our warranty options. I would definitely buy a car from Pearson again.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.
