Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Sheehy in Fredericksburg. They did all the paperwork electronically for me and got everything done. I didn’t wasn’t over 30 minutes and the two days I was there. It was great to walk in and pick up your keys and drive out with your vehicle. my salesman was Jim glasner he was great. He did everything he could to get us in and out of there quickly because we could not stay for an extended period of time because we care for my elderly mother congrats y’all thumbs up

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

We were looking for a safe car for our daughter graduating high school so we were looking down the street from E Smart and test driving a car and drove by them and found the saw the perfect car in his lot. This car was so clean and when we test drove it we were sold! Chris Lee was very helpful and we bought the Volvo for our daughter. The next year my car was having problems so we bought a Mercedes Benz from him. I still have that car and love it. My wife started a new job and was driving the interstate more so I wanted to get her a newer car so we are in the process of buying another Mercedes from her. Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

The staff is over the top! Thanks to Matt, Anthony, and Darryl, we felt like family. This was our second Acura Integra. Our first was totaled after we were T-boned. The Integra protected us from serious injury with all the airbags/ safety features, which we all take for granted. Thanks!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I purchased a certified used Acura from Crown Acura of Richmond in Henrico VA on September 20th, 2025. Prior to coming in, I had already picked out a vehicle of choice online and immediately got connected to Salesperson Jarrett Day. He worked with me via phone to start setting up my application and credit check so that when I came in it would be easy and seamless. Once I came in I was greeted by Sales Manager Anthony Easter whom I spoke with prior to coming in to confirm my appointment. After signing paperwork with Jarratt I was sent over to Finance Director Kriss Williams who helped me iron out the final financial details with my purchase. Anthony, Jarratt and Kriss were all very professional yet personable. The whole process was smooth and effortless and didn?t take as long as I had expected. On 10/20/25 I had to bring my car to the service department due to a slow leak in my driver side tire on the vehicle I purchased last month. I worked along with Service Advisor Lauren Broughton whom was very attentive and patient in handling my situation. Sales Manager Josh Alford helped me with getting the molding on the passenger side door fixed. Lauren was particularly helpful and communicative in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. Anthony and I had a nice conversation and he is truly a gem. I?d also like to make an honorable mention of E. Thomas Webster who helped me transport my other Acura to and from Henrico due to a medical issue I?ve been dealing with for my father. My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.
