I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Trinity was extremely helpful- we showed up in the evening with a baby and had limited time to discuss our preferences/options. Even though we had other cars we wanted to look at elsewhere, Trinity did such an amazing job showing us the benefits of the vehicle and we were able to close a deal quickly! My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

They have always gone over the top to take care of us ( I even referred my boss who purchased a car with them). We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use them again or refer them. As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

I had moved away from Acura after I sold my 2006 RL. Unreliable, squeaks from plastics, leather would bubble from places etc. Bought a Lexus GX470 and the difference was day and night. Most reliable car I had ever owned and the built quality is out this world. Kept it for about 7 years and needed an upgrade. Test drove the MDX and it was nothing like the RL. Build quality is excellent, no squeaks and rattles from anywhere - has 60k on the clock. Ride not no where near Lexus but if is definitely much more sporty and zippy. If you are looking for an affordable suv I would recommend test drive.

Perfect for all my needs... I am loving my car and enjoying every moment I get to go places or for long drive... always waiting for sunny weather so that I can have the sunroof and moonroof open...
