As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I used to be a Lexus of Rockville Center (LRC) costumer. But with LRC sold to new owners, I discovered New Country Lexus of Great Neck when My ES 350 needed some work. The work was done well and promptly. Joe Reilly, one of their service advisers, is a professional and courteous young man. When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my fellow Lexus owners in this area.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Bought a few vehicles from B&B, can’t write anything negative about my experience either time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to others. They will go above and beyond to help you. A few weeks after I purchased a car, a check engine light came on, (loose wire) they took care of it promptly on the spot. The light never came back on.

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Wanted to make the change from myAudi A6 Quattro to an SUV, My wife has the Lexus 450h. After driving several models (mostly new) of SUVs, my research lead me to Acura and the 2017 MDX Sport Hybrid. I found only 5 in the entire nation and flew from CO to CA (Oakland Acura) to buy it. First off is Acura’s great CPO program. Next is the refined styling and features (I have the Advanced package). The hybrid engine is smooth and I get from 24-27 mpg in combined driving. The acceleration and shifting is very smooth (I think my wife likes my Acura better than her 450h as she is very complimentary of the vehicle when she get in). The adaptive cruise is OK but I find it a little awkward and I am OK not using for the few times I am on the open road. I find the engine shut off at stops to very responsive when I accelerate and I don’t even realize it is present (maybe that’s the benefit of the hybrid vs the non-hybrid model). The Sh-AWD works very well in the CO snow and I have no problems getting anywhere. Originally looked at other brands (Audi, BMW, Lexus) but glad I found Acura and the Sport Hybrid MDX. Would gladly buy again. One item of note is the Hybrid is NOT for towing! If you want to pull anything, might need something else.

I had moved away from Acura after I sold my 2006 RL. Unreliable, squeaks from plastics, leather would bubble from places etc. Bought a Lexus GX470 and the difference was day and night. Most reliable car I had ever owned and the built quality is out this world. Kept it for about 7 years and needed an upgrade. Test drove the MDX and it was nothing like the RL. Build quality is excellent, no squeaks and rattles from anywhere - has 60k on the clock. Ride not no where near Lexus but if is definitely much more sporty and zippy. If you are looking for an affordable suv I would recommend test drive.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!
