Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! The dealership itself was clean and modern, making me feel very happy to be spending the waiting time in such a nice area. Overall couldn’t recommend Kelly VW enough!

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Ms. Mabie was great! She was very responsive to my questions and was quick to get back to me with my requests. Too bad it didn’t work out this time around, but will be keeping her in mind with future car purchases!

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I went to acura of boston Lee was my salesperson if was a effortless experience. Lee was great and from the time I walked in to the dealership under a hour I had my car test driven & purchased.

Felt a bit like a fish out of water when buying a GMC Sierra among the Maserati, AMGs and Austen Martins, but Medi treated me like someone buying any one of those beautiful vehicles. My buying experience at Auto Excellent Group was probably the least pressured of all the cars I've purchased over 4 decades, as in no pressure at all. It was an easy going, informative, professional, and very friendly fun experience. Medi made sure I understood all new aspects and details of my new vehicle, right down to tire pressure readings and air pressure adjustments. I'm hoping to win the lottery so I can come back and purchase one of those Exotics. The LED pen is great too! Thanks Medi.

This car is eye-catchingly beautiful and attracts attention wherever I drive it. It is also blazingly fast as confirmed with a recent 170+ mph blast around the road course at Daytona International Speedway. Even at such elevated speeds, it is extremely confidence-inspiring with rock solid stability and directional control. On top of all that, it is quite comfortable and maintenance is reasonable for an exotic car. It is also Honda reliable! The interior is well laid out and attractive. For a car that sits as low as this one, it has good headroom (I am 6' 1"). The seats are supportive without being intrusive. On the track, one gets the lateral support needed, but never with any discomfort. My only beef with the interior is the controls for the audio system. They are not user friendly, even though they would be familiar to most Acura owners. The flip side is that the (upgraded) sound system is very good--once you figure out how to turn it on and select what you want to hear. The carbon-ceramic brakes are simply phenomenal. At Daytona, I was braking from over 160 mph before the chicane and the car always stayed where I pointed it with no wiggles. It did not seem possible to make them fade--in fact they performed better when they warmed up. This car makes no pretense about being a family car. It a true exotic sports car and notwithstanding its excellent interior comfort, it is very much performance focused. Cost effectiveness is pretty much dependent on one's perspective and purpose in owning such a vehicle. It actually gets decent mileage when driven "normally." I get between 23 and 25 mpg on the highway. This goes down to 6 mpg on the track! While I loved my 1991 NSX, this car is in a different league and I can't see myself selling it even though I could do so at a profit.

On time reception, polite and professional representative, easy return in the afternoon. The service area has been completely redone. Very clean and the counters are all indoors now, not in the garage. Overall, about as pleasant as one can expect at a repair shop.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Staff great, polite, they smile at you, assist with an Uber to within a 10 mile radius. Promptly notify you of necessary repairs and cost.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. He was great to work with, we got a fair deal, and he not only treated us great, but I watched him with a young family ahead of us, and he was so considerate of their baby. The whole buying experience was super and we got to drive our newly purchased car home that same day! Our mechanic gave the car a look over, and could not believe how clean this 2014 Honda Civic was. Idy, Andrew and Mark Hanna took care of me and, as mentioned in a previous review, they did a spectacular job but last night I just received my Hummer H3 Alpha in Phoenix, Arizona, and these guys completely under sold how nice this vehicle is. I can’t believe how clean the interior is. This is a special vehicle, one owner and very hard to find because it is the alpha version as I mentioned, of the smallest hummer H3. For those of you who care to know, the alpha means it has the coveted 5.3 L V8 . The interior, both sets of floor mats - wow! I’m just blown away. I’m a car enthusiast, I’m picky to say the least and these guys did such a great job, the joy I feel when something like this happens is very pleasant. You made my day, you made my weekend thank you for being , honest and earnest. Relationships are built on trust and trust is built and honesty. This dealer and these men, you can trust because they are honest and their deed absolutely follows their word. Thank you again

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I really appreciate Mike from Sunnyside Acura because he took time to show how all the different things on the RDX. He is very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure I had all of the upfront prices. No games, no pressure. I didn't feel that he was trying to take advantage of being a woman. Mike has been the nice person and I can tell tell you that he is passionate about the vehicles and people. If you are looking for someone to take time with you and not make you feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He also took time to listen to what I wanted. Acura is lucky to have him because he is willing and happy to help me.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

My recent experience with Tom and the full team at Richards made buying a car enjoyably and stress free as it should be. Very knowledgeable, and no pressure experience along with an impressive inventory and the ability to make a private appointment was real important to us because we had there attention. One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.
