Collision repair was excellent. Waiting time at service desk to pick up vehicle was rather long. Felt like I was being ignored while she made several phone calls.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He understood what a large financial investment this is, and let me take my time deciding what was going to be best for me. I truly felt Cody had my best interest in mind. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy, the two most important things in a salesman! After purchase, he spent time going over all of the technology in the vehicle. He also took time to mark pages in the manual he felt were important for me to review. He encouraged me to reach out with any other questions or concerns I come up with. All In all, I can honestly say I am so glad I decided to pull into Bobby Rahal that day! Cody Sofanek is a top notch, knowledgeable salesman.

My 2020 Acura MDX is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It has been trouble free and a pleasure to drive. One of the reasons I bought the vehicle was that I also really like the look of it.

I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

I have purchased cars from these guys over the years with great results. I recently purchased a 2006 Acura MDX with 193,000 miles. The miles scared me a little bit but the one owner car has all of the service records from the Acura dealership and runs great. My last car was a BMW X5 and that thing was a money pit! Constant repairs. This Acura has all of the features that the BMW had (heated leather seats, rear view camera, bluetooth, etc) with a 6 cylinder, 24 valve V Tech engine that is as fast as the BMW V8 engine at about half the cost of gasoline. Don't let the high miles scare you. These guys only purchase vehicles that meet their strict guidelines. They have been in the business for many decades and they know how to pick good cars. I waited 2 months before putting this review and I like the car even more than when I first purchased it. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. It's hard to find trustworthy dealers anymore.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I had been looking for a pre-owned car online for some time. Found a car at Frederick I was interested in getting more information about a possible purchase. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

I have gone a few dealerships in looking for a car these past 4 months and Jones Honda Used car was just GREAT to deal with. From the test drive to the car buying paperwork, it was a pleasure. I feel I got a great deal on a used car and will be back should I be in the market again as well as recommend him to anyone that askes. I bought my RSX Type S new in 2006. I was told I received the last Blackhawk Night Pearl Type S in the Eastern US. I fell in love upon first seeing an RSX on the road and just had to have one! I still own my little gem and enjoy it on the days I don't have the kids in tow. It's beautiful to look at and incredibly fun to drive. You can shift gears with a flick of the wrist in this car and it is so smooth. A few years into my ownership, I upgraded the head unit and now have a bluetooth-compatible audio system with GPS. This upgrade has brought the car into the 2020's! The only downside to still owning this car is that the backseat is very small for passengers. The storage space is amazing, though, because the rear seats both fold completely flat. Overall, this is an excellenet car that has given me no major issues at all.

I am very pleased by my experience and I love my Jeep. If I am in the market in the future and I see the vehicle that I want at his dealership, I'd drive the 2+ hours again to give him my business.

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

I got my 2004 Acura TSX in July of 2004. After 20 years, 170,000 miles of hard driving, I finally traded it in. It still had good acceleration and I loved the handling. No major repairs in all that time - I've never driven a car that was reliable. Only reason I traded it in was something bigger for the family, and AWD for the upper Midwest winters. Fantastic car!

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

I returned to I-Deal Cars in York because of a significant issue with a car I had purchased months earlier. The new manager, Justin, was very responsive to my concerns, and worked things out for me. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future, as I would trust Justin to give me honest information concerning the they have vehicles for sale.

I received my 2013 TL in 2017 with 25000 miles on it now it’s got 93000 miles on it in 2023 and runs and looks as good as it did in 2018 great used cars 🚗 love my TL . Only problem I had with mine is charging the battery replaced brakes. New tires 🛞 normal maintenance. Best used car till this day 👍

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.
