Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

Came to this dealership to buy a Chevy volt and had the most cared for service. Got to test drive the vehicle and check everything in my own time. There was no rush from the sales man and was even able to schedule an appointment last minute. Which was a huge help since I am coming from the Santa Monica Area. The last car I owned- a silver 2004 TL. I traded in my 1993 Vigor (after 11 years of Japanese car excellence- no issues or problems ever) for it and was instantly enamored. Looked great, handled beautifully, an absolute pleasure to drive. Gas prices were still reasonable in the mid-00’s and gas mileage was reasonable. I finally had to (very begrudgingly) sell it after 3 years as the combination of car payment, insurance and garage parking in downtown Philadelphia began exceeding $1,000/month. The model I had is now hard to believe 20 years old, but if given the opportunity I’d take it back in a second.

Hard to believe, but still love the car like day one. Exterior design is very nice, inside is luxurious, technology still up today. Inside when car is on you don’t even feel it!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

It has a lot of features for the price point. The safety features are easy to navigate . It’s a fun car to drive , and the two screens are awesome.

Most comfortable car I've ever owned. Very smooth and quiet ride. Great car for taking long trips. Excellent sound system. The 3.5 liter engine is a tried and true highly reliable, efficient engine.

I went to check out the car, was amazed at the condition that it was in. (Interior & exterior), and the car’s mechanical condition was superb. The car salesman Greg Spiciati helped me out so much with everything I wanted to know, and in doing so made the decision to purchase the car much more easier and pleasant. He took care of the financing details and even got a much me a much better quote on the car insurance by calling multiple carriers and doing his magic. Even offered me water or coffee multiple times. If that’s that #1 Customer service, I don’t know what is. All the workers there are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I give this place 2👍 up.

Called to verify that the car was in their inventory. They responded kindly and told me that it was available and that I could give it a test drive if I pleased. Went and drove the car and liked it very much. The financing was very easy and fast. And they don't try to up sell anything else. I didn't feel nervous doing business with them and made sure that I was taken cared of. I would love to come back and do business again with Abraham and the boss.

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.
