What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Friendly Acura is the most honest dealer I know . All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there couple days ago and bought my RDX Salesman Elle was veryyy pleasant and took time to explain details. I’ll always recommend that dealer!!!

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

This is my third Acura with the Middletown dealership and every time has been fabulous. Awesome customer service all around. I just had my first oil change on my latest car and it was quick and easy. Great lounge area as well to work out of while waiting.

I leased this car on Dec. 26, 2020. I bought it from the Dealer two weeks ago and now it's mine. I love the car the only problem I have had with this car is the battery, 2 of them and the car was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

My TLX type S has to many problems since I bought it … Acura needs to do better breaks make noise, my paint had issues, I have left it at the dealer more then I can count this year and iv only had it for a year

I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.
