I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This is the 4th car I bought from an excellent sales guy Charlie. Its so nice to just get what I want for a great deal. I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

The service representative was very nice in all conversations and kept me well informed. He apologized for the delay even though the problem ended up being unique and took a while to work through. I was given a loaner vehicle so there was very little inconvenience to me. He even came out to clear an old service code that was not reset with the previous maintenance after I picked my car back up. I generally could not be happier!

I leased a Jetta: - sales person was very helpful in describing all of our lease options and additional costs associated with the vehicle. I particularly needed to know the exact upfront costs (itemized) and monthly payments before making a decision. - the vehicle I leased was not available at this particular store so my sales person needed to located and trade for this vehicle: this was handled seamlessly and turnaround was superb. - I was able to setup a time that worked for me when picking up the vehicle and my request to expedite my time spent completing the necessary paperwork was met.
