The work was completed as promised, and my car was returned in excellent condition. It’s clear the service team takes pride in their work and values customer trust. This is exactly the level of service I expect when owning a Mercedes. My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

I would highly recommend this be your first spot to go to for finding ur new ride. Ken Logan greeted us the door with a nice warm welcome. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

This vehicle is great! Well taken care of third-row a/c is missing which is a disappointment in the comfort category but we are very happy

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Replaced telescoping steering column and power rear view side mirror. All parts were in stock. And vehicle was ready early. Service was completed under Factory warranty!

back seats comfortable enough for trips above 3 hours It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

I purchased a car 2025 Equinox, I got it home went to drive to work tire pressure was low on all four tires. My other car was worked on picked it up and am having it towed back in today. Still having same problem. Hope you can get it right this time.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design
