I definitely recommend getting a car from this place. Chelsea W was awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

I recently had the pleasure of test-driving a 2015 Acura MDX from the CarLoft dealership, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with this premium SUV. The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I've still owned my trusted 2006 Acura TL in maroon and cream interior with 156k miles. It still drives like when got it with 82K miles since 2011 and even better with the new front struts and lower control arms. It turns tighter and sharper than ever before and still gets about 27 mpg combined. The leather seats hold up very well with no tear except the well known cracked dashboard. The metallic paint is still shiny so are the 5 star wheel spokes, etc. Very dependable car and I love it!

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Bought car new May of 2015. We change the oil every 3000 miles and maintain any problem. We now have 278,000 miles on it and it still runs strong and smooth on the highway ( just drove 1000 miles to Ft. Myers) at 80 mph.

This was my first car. It is worth keeping in mind my sister took care of the car and did all the maintenance before handing it over to me. In my one year owning this the most important thing to know is that this car stands out. Parked in my schools parking garage it noticeably stands out compared to all the newer cars there but to me that’s what makes it unique. Its interior looks better than some newer cars. It has features that some 2025 cars don’t even have. Audio is good. Exterior paint isn’t the best when it comes to wear and tear but its manageable. Its quick off the line. I love it when it comes to taking off from red lights. Its not fast if you’re an enthusiast but for the average person its got enough power to make commuting fun. My only drawback is gas mileage. Its not great. I usually have to get gas one a week or once every 2 weeks. Also this is a full size sedan. So parking in tight spaces is a bit of a challenge because the hood is quite long. Seats aren’t the most comfortable on long drives either. They’re pretty stiff so my butt gets numb while doordashing. Other than that this is an amazing car

I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!
