This is simple - I'm 67 years old and this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Derek and Jeff did a great job from the first "Hello" to when we drove away in our newly purchased 2011 Ford Edge. Now I know why they have great reviews from their customers. I give them my highest recommendation.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my 2021 TLX SH-AWD ASPEC! It is beautiful, sporty, reliable. It drives like a sports car or a luxury sedan while Always looking stylish. Everyone does a double take. The new model looks so much better! This is my 3rd TL/TLX

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Excellent vehicle and luxurious. The experience was not extremely impressive but it met all my needs. I love the design, the power the cabin. I would definitely recommend this car.

We have a long standing relationship with Mike Iacino at Acura of Avon. He makes it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. He knows his client and knows what that client would be happy with. Of course, we love the product so selling us a new car is easy! All the other salespeople, including the manager, are always warm and welcoming . And, you know that the Service Department will stand tall as well. I can't forget to mention Nissa Johnson in the Finance office. She is really the very best!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

I highly recommend purchasing a car and/or having it serviced at Acura of Berlin. I’ve purchased several cars from this dealership and each time I’ve felt that they’ve worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at a price that fit into my budget! I love the no hassle experience! I walked in today to look at the 2021 RDX’s. Antonio, my salesperson, took note of what I was looking for and worked the numbers so that I was able to get the car that I wanted. Within 4 hoursof walking in, I was able to drive home with my new car! (I traded in my 2019 RDX) Extremely happy with my new RDX! Also, I shout out to Keith and his crew in the service department. Every time I bring my car in for service, they always make me feel valued and respected! Again, I highly recommend Acura of Berlin, not only to purchase vehicles but also to have them maintained and serviced!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Tony, the General Manager, accommodated my request to push up the timeline of when I was able to pick up my vehicle due to me and my family’s vacation. He does a great job running the dealership. Tom in finance worked hard, and overtime, to make sure that all of my paperwork and financing was all set to finalize the sale! I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

Great Service, Clean Facility. They always do a great job on the point inspections. I would recommend them to anyone that has an Acura and need service.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.
