I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Without discussing the beginning of my car search journey, I will go straight to the end of my journey with Nissan / Hyundai located in Waldorf MD. Anne Maus, Todd Zaciek, Denzel Payne and Max Cho... My search started May 9, 2022 and Ended June 7, 2022. It went from dealing with 2 sales associates I would NEVER recommend, to dealing with an EXCELLENT salesperson that assisted me for three weeks. Hands down Anne Maus (Nissan Dealer) is the best sales associate to have assisted me with my car search. Anne and I spoke, texted and emailed for 3 weeks. I finally went to the dealer on Saturday, May 29, 2022. I test drive 3 vehicles and fell in LOVE with the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because the vehicle was a certified vehicle I had to work with a Hyundai Sales Associate. After 5 days of being jerked around, the vehicle I fell in love with was sold. I texted my disappointment to the manager. I immediately received a call from Todd Z. Mr. Todd Z., went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. The next day Mr. Todd Z. sent me information on another Santa Fe. The truck that I fell in love with didn't even compare to the truck Mr. Todd Z sold me! I arrived at the Dealer on June 7, 2022 to sign off on my paperwork. I received nothing but TOP NOTCH SERVICE from my original Sales associate Anne Maus, a new sales associate from Hyundai, Denzel Payne. Denzel Payne showed me how to work all the gadgets on my new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. Mr. Max Cho, the finance gentleman was very pleasant to work with, he made my experience very easy. When I say I can not THANK these 4 individuals (Anne Maus, Denzel Payne, Max Cho and last but not least Mr. Todd Z.) enough. I would recommend ANNE MAUS to anyone. Ms. Maus is very passionate about helping her customers. Ms. Maus listened and understood from day 1 what type of vehicle I was looking for and took her time to deal with me. None of this would not have been possible if Todd Z did not step in and save the day.

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

So after visiting an absolutely horrific dealership in Culpeper Va, I was directed to Auto Fanatics. To save my experience, here was amazing is a vast understatement! The sales manager Harvey was able to find the perfect car for us, took us on an extensive test drive and treated us as if he had known us our whole life. John went over our trade and gave is more then we expected and then AJ got us a better rate AND payment than we thought possible. They even fed us lunch. My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Sales experience not bad. We purchased the Car , one thing before leaving the Oil Change message was on but could not reset. They said Oil was changed but just needed reset, they couldn't reset it & just go down street to Jiffy Lube & they would reset. They couldn't reset it & said it was reading back door open but wasn't and it would need further attention. I got it home & took to local Ford Dealer. We also only had (1) Key to Car. This model needs to have car several hours to program chip into Computer. So they said also that Rear Door would also need a Switch, which would have to be ordered. And while it was in there they said the Water Pump was leaking. So at this point We are still waiting for the Parts to come in & Car is still in Garage.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

Best Ever. 260,000 miles. Faults, Front Axles and universal, good for 60,000 miles, P2263 check engine alarm due to part failure for turbo actuator. I have bought 6 front axles for this vehicle. It will not pass vehicle inspection with the check engine alarm.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My Sister and I were having one of the worst days of our lives. We had been car shopping all day, and there were plenty of cars to be seen. There just weren't any "quality" cars in my price range. All the Lots we browsed just didnt seem to take any pride in their cars. They look raggedy. We felt spent, and disappointed. We were about to give up, and drive home, and thats when we saw E-Smart Auto. Finally!!! We found a Dealership that really knows the value of a dollar, and they wanted to prove it. After we parked, the dealer came out and asked "What are you looking for?". We both looked at each other, and said "The cheapest and most dependable car you got.". We expected to be treated like paupers, but the dealer led us to a beautiful "LEXUS"!!!! Oh My GOD!! It WAS Super cheap, beautiful,ran great, and even though they were practically giving it away,.......it was still out of our league. The dealer looked at our disappointment, and realized we had a virtually non existent amount of funds. To our surprise, he looked at us and said "Im going to talk to my management about you." and he left, but before he did he pointed out yet another car we knew looked out of our price range. He said "I'll get the keys.". I got in the car thinking "I really like this car, but it's obviously another car that cant be mine.". I was wrong. That car is sitting in front of my house right now. Do you know why? Its because most dealerships only care about your money, and commission. The Dealers who dealt with us at E Smart Auto cared about my financial situation. After finding out that they weren't going to make any money off the deal, they still went the extra mile to make sure we had a good running, good looking car, and a great buying experience. Dont get me wrong. EVERY SINGLE CAR ON THEIR LOT looked amazing, and each car had an amazing price to match. This place needs to be seen by everyone. Go here!! Go here now!!! This small SUV is perfect if you are looking for the handling of a sports sedan with the cargo room of an SUV. The gas milage leave a little something to be desired but for a turbo 24mpg highway is nothing to sneeze at.

I love my 2012 ACURA RDX but I wrecked by hitting a truck in the back. My car has not stayed the same. I had to buy a new compressor & for fixing it. Nothing works in my car no heater, can’t charge my phone in my car, my gas gauge doesn’t work. I have been to ACURA but all they fixed was the compressor! I am kind of upset! I loved my car and recently just starting shutting off by itself and scared to drive it on the freeway. My gosh they are expensive to fix! I wish mine was working the way it was.

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. When I came home from the hospital he had his crew deliver me some dinner. They delivered a pizza and a 12 pack of sodas. Dylan is the best sales person I have ever met in my life. He treated me like i was royalty, he should be named salesperson of the year for Virginia. I will send a lot of people to buy an automobile from dylan. This car is great, dependable, a little luxury without being a snob. High quality level. A couple rattles were fixed with no complaints. I will say it occasionally has a 'hesitation' in the transmission on a cold motor, but it would not keep me from buying Acura again.
