Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you. We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

I came for a 30,000 mile check up. The service went quickly; they were very efficient, caring and competent. This experience was above my expectations.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. The facility is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. Would recommend Brookdale and Andrew to anyone looking for a great car buying process!

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

I purchased a buick lucerne and it is by far the best deal I have been offered I have heard nothing but good news from the people who have also purchased vehicles from here. We have had this car for 10 years and put 168,000 miles on it. Uses zero oil, leaks no where, and runs like the day we bought it. The only downfall is the ride. It is a little harsh on rough roads. I do all my own maintenance and the only things (other than the obvious pads, rotors, plugs, ect.), I have replaced are the A/c compressor, brake master cylinder, starter, and a steering pump. We live in Michigan and the body has held up very well considering the salt. The engine and transmission have preformed flawlessly. At this point, I've determined the car will likely live longer than me lol.

Simple made the process easy and mostly remote, which was great. Lance from the F&I team was fast and efficient. The only downside was the wait time to sign paper for finance?it took a bit longer than expected. Kevin went over everything in the car thoroughly, promised a full charge, and delivered on that promise with a full charge and no decals. Overall, a great experience! Got used in mid 2025, 12 years old. I would rather drive a more modern car on the road, expressway or trip. I love this car around town, it has been wonderful. I am totally impresssed.

I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

The latch on the center console of my chevy Tahoe broke and needed replacement. The Service Dept.(Kris Hoffbeck) was very professional, polite and informative. He explained exactly what needed replacement and that I did not need to replace the entire lid but only the latch itself which saved me lots of money. The completed repair was excellent and very quick. I definitely will come back for future service.

The car is very well made with a lot of features. Acura did not cheapen up with this car. I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend this car. I have had 2 other Acuras before and they are highly reliable.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Just traded my 2017 mdx tech for a 2023. All the improvements across the board are great. I love this car. I’m a huge Acura fan. This is my 5th Acura, 2nd mdx. Every Acura I owned has been purchased new, since 2004. I have yet to have an issue with any vehicle I have owned. I keep up on my maintenace and thats it. I usually get a new one every 5-6 years or once my odometer rolls over 120k, just so I can get a decent trade in allowance. Prior to getting my 2023 MDX, I looked at the BMW X5 for almost 20k more (not worth it) and the Audi Q7. Both are very nice looking cars and drive great. However I also own a 2011 audi a5 coupe as a weekend crusier and at 70k miles the motor blew due to excessive oil consumption. The European imports look and drive great. But the reliabilty is for xxxx. I’ve known other people who have owned them and had similar issues. Over engineered fancy looking junk. Acura is right on par with all the Euro imports as far as fancy options, performance, looks and comfort is concerned. But when it comes to reliabilty Acura blows them all away. If you are reading this and are considering a new MDX, or any Acura product, research how many older Acura’s are still on the road or for sale with a lot miles. Then compare those to older BMW’s Audi’s or Range Rovers. All those brands are at least 20% $ more for an entry level when new. Then a few years later you will see them advertised for at least 20% less then Acura’s. A repair bill for a BMW (Break My Wallet) or Audi can easily de-value the entire car. So unless money is if zero concern. Go with the MDX. It looks and drives great, and you will have long term reliability.
