My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My experience with Taylor Black in service was phenomenal, he was excellent and sufficient on keeping me informed about my vehicle. The whole Fred Martin team that worked on my vehicle was also very sufficient and I want to thank everyone for a job well done especially Taylor Black.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I recently purchased another vehicle from Crown Acura. Their level of service is outstanding. Matt D, Jason H, and Joe C. made my buying experience an actual pleasure. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Crown.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Service desk was very professional and accommodating. We will return if either of our Audis nee help.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Have an older Mercedes that was in need of serious and expensive maintenance according to the dealer. Was informed that serious electrical and engine issues could develop if not immediately addressed. Needed a second opinion and good friends recommended Iannnelli. Best decision. Rob kept me informed every step of the way and was most up front that there may be undiscovered and hidden concerns (which there were) and gave me the honest opinion about severity and need to address. This is a great operation and I am most impressed with the customer service and their integrity.Cant wait to buy a new car and will definitely go back. Awesome.

Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

This car has been incredibly reliable. I have only ever done regularly scheduled maintenance on it, and just passed 126K miles. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of newer models, I'm tempted to drive it for another 100K because it's been such a workhorse. Cargo space is good for our one kid family, but if you have a large family, large dog or need to travel with a lot of gear, you may want to consider the MDX. For us, this is just right. Good sound system. Better gas mileage than earlier versions of this car that had a turbo engine. You won't regret buying an Acura SUV!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I live in Northwest Ohio and did an exhaustive search for a few different makes and models of interest. One of my top choices was a white Lincoln MKZ with tan interior. I found one in Akron at Akron Auto Sales. First thought was an hour and forty five minute drive just to look at it. Then I started doing my homework. The car passed all of my criteria especially with plenty of good pictures and a link to the car fax right there. Their cars are personally cherry picked from local new car dealer trade ins and not purchased at auctions. Now I have to figure out if this place is worth my time. With a fine tooth comb I read every review, testimonial and anything I can find on them. Outstanding. They are BBB A+ accredited and never had a complaint in over 30 years. They have a repair shop and mechanics right there to not only back up their warranty but perform service for anyone looking for repair. Very happy with what I found out I made a call and spoke to one of the owners. Dave is an incredibly sharp guy and we had great conversation with not a hint of the car salesperson in him. I liked not having to fend off the usual and customary predatory practices out of the gate. After the call I decided to make the trek. I called back to arrange seeing the car and spoke to the other owner Rachael who is absolutely awesome! She has the most effervescent personality and just like her brother she didn't come off as a car salesperson. Bonus! I am not a fan of car salespeople and am always on guard which is the reason I prefer private owners. Now two phone calls with very nice people don't make a deal but I had all of the reviews living rent free in my head and my intuition told me to take the shot. From the instant you walk through their door you have one minute before your car buying experience and expectations will be changed forever. If you're out shopping and you put on your Teflon suit preparing for the car selling tactics, sales pitches, cloaked scenes you're in for a very pleasant surprise here. Your heart rate will slow, blood pressure will drop and you'll instantly be immersed in a euphoric feeling of friendship and family. I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

It’s a very laid back dealership no pressure salesman and a nice selection of vehicles. I didn’t buy the original vehicle I went to look at but the salesman showed me other things within my price range. I did purchase a vehicle from them and I love it very clean and well maintained. Finance was straightforward and easy my credit isn’t the greatest but they got me approved for a rate that was even with my credit union. I would consider going back to them in the future.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..
