They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. Overall, this is a good place to come if you’re looking for a great deal on a car. I purchased a used Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce from them, and the entire process was quick and straightforward. The financing department was especially outstanding — the finance manager was extremely helpful and professional. The only issue I experienced was with the vehicle’s detailing. The car was somewhat dirty inside and out at delivery. It was sent for detailing after I signed the paperwork, but it came back looking more like it had received a regular car wash. The interior still needed attention, and one floor mat was missing. Aside from that, the team knows what they’re doing and made the buying process smooth. Just a bit more attention to detail would make the experience perfect.
