I purchased a new vehicle in July and having used this dealership for my last car I decided to go there again. I chose my dealer from the website and was not disappointed. Mr. Gerald Griffin was a pleasure to work with. I knew the car I wanted and they had some in stock. I wasn't sure what color I wanted but I selected the red 2026 Honda CRV! Gerald was able to answer the questions I had and those I hadn't thought of. He thoroughly explained the financial part and answer questions to things I was unclear of. He took me around the dealership to the service department even though I had worked with most of them for the last 17 years of servicing my previous car!😊 Last but not least we went on a test drive he explained all the bells and whistles of my new car. Had a recall notice on my sun roof. Packey Webb Service order the parts and scheduled the repairs. Repairs completed within 2 hours when they were suppose to take 4.My only criticism is they need to communicate better. They should be proactive in providing updates to the customer.

I had a great buying experience at Ed Napleton Honda! Mr. Gerald Griffin was my sales professional as he was 15 years ago when I purchased my 2009 Honda. Mr. Griffin was very thorough in explaining all the features of my new car, the finances involved and offered additional services to help maintain my car in proper working condition. I especially liked the fact that he was very patient with me and made sure I understood what I was agreeing to. This was very important to me as I am a senior and hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!
