I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

I drive fast cars all the time and this car blew me away. I love this as my everyday car I got it fully loaded every option. I literally slam on the gas a LOT AND THE CAR CAN TAKE IT ! So far so good on reliability and my red interior and red stitching makes this car feel so premium. People always stare and try to guess what is it.

Went to numerous dealerships to buy a car and everyone was lying and ripping me off… then I came across Central group inc. When I went in there, my mentality was… they are probably the same as the rest of the industry out there, but I WAS WRONG! They are the only dealership that I came across, through my car hunt, that was honest, reliable, and affordable ! Not only that, they even asked me if there was anything I felt or saw that needs to be fixed before I drove away with my 2017 Toyota Camry ! Couldn’t expect more! Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

If you think this is not a luxury SUV, you are mistaken. It has sports-car-like handling and luxury car "everything" else. The interior has been meticulously thought out to provide every possible creature comfort as well as plenty of storage room. Additionally, every accessory was included in the deal. The nav system requires a little learning curve, but is flexible beyond expectations. Again, thoroughly thought through by A-R engineering. I just cannot say too much about this vehicle. Not to mention it has been 100% trouble-free throughout ts life.
