Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Bought a 2022 Giulia Veloce Q4 in Vesuvio Gray Metallic with the red interior and almost every option. Absolutely love it. The best handling car in it's segment and boy is it quick. Just beautiful and well designed. Highly recommend test driving this car and see for yourself, it won't disappoint.

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! I was going to buy a Giulia a year ago but didn’t due to the mostly negative review from Consumer Reports. I bought something else instead. I recently decided to buy a new Giulia Veloce. Don’t believe the negative reviews on this car! I absolutely love it! It drives fantastic! I’m 6’3” and it has plenty of room. There is nothing in this price range that I had rather have. Unlike the other reviewer here, I don’t have a problem with where the paddle shifters are. It’s a great car that puts a smile on my face every time that I drive it!

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

I like the car. It has nice features and state of the art electronics. What I don't like are the paddles to manually control the transmission. They are HUGE, placed between the steering wheel and the light controls on the left and the windshield wiper control on the right. I've had paddles on other cars that were not so obnoxiously obtrusive. This is something that I'm sure few people would use regularly so making them so large was ridiculous. They seem to be designed for a race car driver! I intend to ask Alfa Romeo if they can be removed. For the few times that I use this in the snow I can do just as well with the console shift. I also think the tires should have more tread. They look like they absolutely should not be driven in snow.

I love this place, as I'm always having a great experience with them. Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

Since the infotainment update in 2020 the technology in this vehicle is really good! But who cares when it's literally the best driving car on the road right now. Fantastic acceleration and handling, neck snapping good looks, I'm really good fuel mileage to boot!
