My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeigler CDJR in Schaumburg, and we want to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hamza Ali and Vance Isom. Because of Zeigler’s excellent reputation, we felt comfortable purchasing our vehicle sight unseen and even flew in from New Hampshire to Chicago to complete the deal. When we arrived, Hamza was waiting for us at the airport and couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. 2nd Alfa in 40 Years... '88 Milano remained my #1 Fav driving car after 944, 330i, XF, A4, A6, e350, Mustang. Finally surpassed all of those great rides with my new '24 2.0L Q4. Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Go Buy an Alfa!

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

I am so happy with my new 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid that I bought from Highline. Justin took care of me the whole time and even Vince helped me out with a few other things. Thank you Highline!

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

I am in the market for a nice used car for my wife and the team over at Auto Park Imports mainly the gentleman named Zazar were fabulous. He was very attentive and understanding of our needs and was not pushy in any way. We did not purchase yet but plan on making our next purchase with Nazar souls based off of our last interaction.

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

I wasn't even requested to do a review of this new Alfa Romeo dealership, but I wanted to make sure I had a chance to let people know what a great job they are doing at Joe Rizza Alfa Romeo. I brought my 2017 Giulia (which I absolutely love!) in for its 30k scheduled service, and received nothing but top tier customer service from the time I called to set it up, to the drop off and loaner car (which service mgr. Dan warmed up for me) to when I returned to retrieve my car. There's no denying the car itself is spectacular in every way. But it will take a dealership experience like this for Alfa Romeo to crack into the competitive performance/luxury car market. Great job!

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!
