They were very professional. They didn't overwhelm me with excessive emails and text like some other dealers do. They were great to deal with even though I didn't end up buying from them.

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. Excellent customer service. I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon arrival and happily assisted. All the staff members took their time explaining the process. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole ordeal.

Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.
